This espresso workshop provides you basic knowledge about manipulation of an espresso machine and offer real experience to brew various espresso-based coffee. Medium of instruction: The workshop would be conducted in Cantonese ONLY. Workshops in English/ Mandarin are required to be arranged in advance by contacting us. What is the workshop about exactly? ‧ Introduction of espresso coffee and operation of espresso machine ‧ Espresso-based coffee making - try to make different espresso based coffee, including cappuccino, latte, flat white etc., with step-by-step instruction by our professional baristas Workshop Fee ‧ Literally it takes HKD480, but actually you can redeem coffee gears of CoHee-brand with $380 of the workshop fee. Why do we do so? Coz we would love you to do your own brewing at home with the equipment used to learn in the workshop! Our Mission Sharing of good coffee should not be confined to cafes but wherever people are. We believe everyone can be a barista and share their love of coffee with friends, family and whoever around. We often see different coffee brewing methods across cafes. What are they? How do they make difference on the coffee taste? This workshop aims at providing you basic knowledge on espresso making and also offering you real experience to make various types of espresso-based coffee properly. Free pouring of latte art experience will definitely be the main spot for the workshop. The most fun and technique-dependant part for making a milk coffee!
