This coffee brewing and tasting workshop provides you basic knowledge about coffee and offer real experience to make your own cup and learn to taste coffee professionally! Medium of instruction: The workshop would be conducted in Cantonese ONLY. Workshops in English/ Mandarin are required to be arranged in advance by contacting us. What is the workshop about exactly? ‧ Introduction of coffee bean types and different coffee brewing methods and the principle of coffee extraction ‧ Coffee brewing - brewing your own cup with selected coffee brewing equipment with step-by-step instruction by our professional baristas ‧ Coffee tasting - learning how to taste coffees professionally and experience of tasting coffee from different origins Workshop Fee ‧ Literally it takes HKD380, but actually you can redeem coffee gears of CoHee-brand with the workshop fee. Why do we do so? Coz we would love you to do your own brewing at home with the equipment used to learn in the workshop! Our Mission Sharing of good coffee should not be confined to cafes but wherever people are. We believe everyone can be a barista and share their love of coffee with friends, family and whoever around. We often see different coffee brewing methods across cafes. What are they? How do they make difference on the coffee taste? This workshop aims at providing you basic knowledge on coffee making and tasting and also offering you real experience to properly make a good cup of coffee.
