This hand-drip coffee brewing workshop provides you basic knowledge about hand-drip coffee brewing and offer real experience to brew your own cup with different brewing equipment. Medium of instruction: The workshop would be conducted in Cantonese ONLY. Workshops in English/ Mandarin are required to be arranged in advance by contacting us. What is the workshop about exactly? ‧ Introduction of hand-drip coffee brewing, including characteristics of the brewing methods, different brewing equipment and the technique involved in pouring over. ‧ Coffee brewing - brewing your own cups with different hand-drip coffee equipment with step-by-step instruction by our professional baristas Workshop Fee ‧ Literally it takes HKD380, but actually you can redeem coffee gears of CoHee-brand with the workshop fee. Why do we do so? Coz we would love you to do your own brewing at home with the equipment used to learn in the workshop! Our Mission Sharing of good coffee should not be confined to cafes but wherever people are. We believe everyone can be a barista and share their love of coffee with friends, family and whoever around. We often see different coffee brewing methods across cafes. What are they? How do they make difference on the coffee taste? This workshop aims at providing you basic knowledge on hand-drip coffee making and also offering you real experience to make a good cup of coffee properly.
